Why do I ask? Because it is a danged good question!
Evidence? Intro
from the article by Gary D. Barnett today
- “Every time I hear a
political speech or I read those of our leaders, I am horrified at having, for
years, heard nothing which sounded human. It is always the same words telling
the same lies. And the fact
that men accept this, that the people’s anger has not destroyed these hollow
clowns, strikes me as proof that men attribute no importance to the way they
are governed; that they gamble – yes, gamble – with a whole part of their life
and their so called ‘vital’ interests.”

quote by Albert Camus (1978). “Notebooks, 1935-1942”, Harcourt
Read the entire Barnett article at link above: What is likely unknown to most is that this
nightmare is just beginning, while the average citizen is still thinking about
or hoping for a return to ‘normal.’
This also
re-introduces a topic which I have touched on previously several times.
The battle
for power is the battle to control as many humans as possible, and the battle
to control as many humans as possible is the battle to control the stories
those humans are telling each other. Humans are storytelling animals, so if you
can control the stories you can control the humans. Understand this and you’ll
understand the behaviors of governments and media around the world. - Caitlin

John 8:44 - You belong to your father, the devil,
and you want to carry out your father's desires. He was a murderer from the
beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he
lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
Ephesians 6:12 - For our struggle is not
against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities,
against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil
in the heavenly realms.
Non-Christians dismiss these quotes as irrelevant.
Most Christians think of this as some kind of Halloweenish event – BIG MISTAKE!
What I find curious is that the writings of many of the authors
I often cite have very insightful observations – and then stop investigating further
as if there was nothing further to discover! Why?
The reason the propagandists work so hard to manufacture the consent of
the governed is because they absolutely do require that consent. If
enough people decide that the status quo isn’t working for them and begin
rising up to force it to change, there’s not really anything the establishment
can do to stop them. Right now the only thing keeping people from rising up in
this way is the fact that they’ve been successfully propagandized not to, and
the propagandists intend to keep it that way.
But eyes are beginning to open. If real change is
coming, it will come from there. Not from electing anyone president, but from a
large-scale awakening to the reality of our situation. The only thing standing
in the way is a thin layer of narrative fluff.

Blaming your lack of progress on the actions of your enemy is not a
viable strategy!
That is what enemies do and they will continue their attacks until you
are vanquished – or stopped by you and your allies! This is war!
We cannot survive fighting with techniques of DaLastWar. Our enemy is
clever, devious and deadly – read Ephesians 6: 10-20, with particular emphasis
on verse 12.
We are not alone in this war and we are not helpless – let’s act like it.

Satan’s servants – both
inside and outside of the church – are human actors. They will not
be convinced by the logic and purity of the non-aggression
principle. If all it took in this world was for reason to govern,
libertarianism would be the accepted political regime globally.
It is not, and I have no
better explanation as to why than that presented here. We are
governed not by good people with bad ideas; we are governed by servants of
Satan.

As we wait for a set of imponderables all the
way to January 20, 2021, perhaps an angular approach to what may lie ahead for
the world economy is best offered by fiction.
Enter Billions, season 5,
episode 2, dialogue written by Andrew Ross Sorkin.
Axe: “You know they call us traders ‘gamblers’. The world’s economy
is one big casino, fueled by a giant debt bubble and computer driven
derivatives. And there’s only one thing better than being a gambler at a
casino. ”
Wags: “That’s being the house.”
Axe: “That’s right. There’s a systemized machine out there, sucking
capital from localities and injecting it into the global markets, where it can
be used to speculate and manipulate. And if something goes wrong there are
bailouts and bail-ins, federal aid and easing. Where the government doesn’t
hunt you down, but instead gives you a nice soft net to land in.”
Wags: “That’s your answer to the fireside chat: You want to
become a bank.”
Axe: “I want to become a bank.”
Wags: “In order to rob it?”
Axe: “In order that I don’t have to.”
As
Americans, our lives are affected by government, politics, religion and culture.
However, few of us are able to coherently explain or discuss the inter-dependence
which exists among all four - http://www.crushlimbraw.com/
- as if there was none!
Within that structure are multitudes of institutions like
education and media just for starters, which form our politics and culture. Can
you see the problem?
